To make travel easier, Hangzhou upgraded its "EasyGo" luggage service during the Spring Festival holiday, allowing tourists to store or have their bags delivered directly to hotels, train stations, or even their train seat.
The service covers key locations such as hotels, scenic spots, metro stations, and Hangzhou East Railway Station. Tourists can drop off their luggage at self-service lockers or opt for a delivery service by placing an order via a mobile app.
While luggage storage services are already widely used, delivery services have been gaining traction recently, especially for those going to the train station. Fees vary by distance, with discounts available during the holiday period.
Tourists praised the convenience of hands-free travel, though some suggested better signage and increased promotion to make the service more accessible. Hangzhou continues to refine its offerings, making it easier for visitors to explore the city.
