Hangzhou's Qianyun community recently opened its International Talent Hub and kicked off the "Boundless Aspirations" cultural festival, reinforcing its dual titles as an International Community and an International Talent Community, earned through years of transformative development.

Since 2018, Qianyun community has established a "15-minute living circle", integrating top-tier education, healthcare, shopping, and leisure facilities to support its international growth. It has attracted enterprises such as China Tower Corporation and Audi's national sales headquarters, alongside top schools like BASIS International School and Qianjiang Foreign Language Experimental School.

This has made Qianyun a prime choice for international families. Residents, such as Huang and her British husband Daniel, a drama teacher at BASIS, praise the area's quality education, diverse cultural activities, and welcoming environment.

Local businesses also reflect this global ethos. A neighborhood bakery, popular for its Western-style bread, is a favorite among international residents. "We see about 20 foreign customers daily," said Li, a shop assistant. "It's a testament to the area's flourishing multiculturalism."

Cultural integration remains a cornerstone of Qianyun's vision. Through initiatives like reading hub, life hub, and traditional Chinese festival celebrations, the community fosters harmony between international and local residents. Events such as crafting workshops, lectures, and cultural heritage experiences have brought together over 5,000 participants.

Additionally, Qianyun promotes linguistic and cultural exchange through programs like free English lessons and international volunteer activities. "These opportunities enhance our global perspective while creating a close-knit community," said a local professional.

As it continues to grow, Qianyun exemplifies how vibrant cultural exchange and innovative services can create a warm, inclusive environment for residents worldwide.
