The 2024 Global Overseas Chinese Elite Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference is set to take place on July 31 in Hangzhou.

As a key event of the 2024 China Overseas Chinese Business Investment Conference, the gathering will bring together elites from among the global Chinese diaspora, with a special focus on young talent. Participants will engage in in-depth discussions, interactions, and visits, exploring strategies for mutual development and success.

Highlights of the conference include the announcement of the 2024 Overseas Chinese Youth List awardees, the appointment of Hangzhou Overseas Chinese Youth Development Ambassadors, and the second round of global university alumni collaborations.

The conference will also promote the Global Hangzhou Overseas Chinese Youth Talent Development Plan, fostering future leaders among overseas Chinese communities, returnee organizations, and youth associations. Additionally, there will be signing ceremonies for investment projects and talent settlement in Hangzhou, as well as an entrepreneurial marketplace showcasing products and high-tech applications.

The Global Overseas Chinese Youth (Hangzhou) Night, a key supporting event, will also commence. The organizing committee is currently accepting program submissions and invites talented young individuals with dreams and courage to participate.
