Hangzhou has introduced a new, large-scale park known as Grand Canal Hanggang Park to the public. It features a 45,000-square-meter outdoor lawn and a distinctive industrial steel aesthetic.

As the flagship project of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park, Hanggang Park covers an area of around 500,000 sq m, preserving industrial relics like blast furnaces, silos, steam locomotives, and material transport tracks, all placed amid lush greenery.

Currently, the park's open section includes nearly 100,000 sq m of public space.

During the recent May Day holiday, the park hosted the Storm Electronic Music Festival, drawing thousands of electronic music fans. The music season will continue until August, offering a variety of genres including electronic, rock, and pop.

Additionally, the Hangzhou Youth Activity Center is set to open in the park by 2025.

Address: Intersection of Banshan Road and Liantie Road.

Transport: By taxi or car, turn left from Banshan Road to Liantie Road. By subway, get off at Wujiajiaogang Station on Line 4 and walk about 800 meters.

Parking: The park has an underground parking lot with around 2,000 spaces.
