The acting president of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) says the opening ceremony of the Hangzhou Asian Games was "fantastic" and among the best people have seen, which "gave a tough job for future organizers of multi-sport events". The OCA chief says the 19th Asiad in China is on track to be the best in history. Singh also said that the official slogan of the Games "heart to heart, @ future" is not just a slogan but a manifestation of the unifying power of sport and a celebration of "Asian brotherhood".
