Chen Yufei, dressed in the official attire of the Chinese sports delegation for the Hangzhou Asian Games, unveiled her new look to the public on Aug 15.

As a native of Hangzhou, this year's Asian Games hold extraordinary significance for her, which she candidly admitted to feeling both pressure and excitement.

Following her participation in the unveiling ceremony at noon, Chen was back in the training hall at 2 pm, engaging in various aspects of her training, including stretching and practice bouts.

Prominently displayed in the training hall was the slogan "Strengthen strengths, remedy weaknesses". During her preparation in Beijing for the upcoming World Championships, Chen has been dedicatedly working towards this goal.

On one hand, she has been analyzing the issues that arose in previous competitions and making improvements in her training. On the other hand, she has been proactively adjusting her regimen, intensifying her physical conditioning, all in the hopes of competing at her best in the World Championships.

With the World Championships less than a month away, the Hangzhou Asian Games will follow in quick succession. Chen said she doesn't dwell too much on the outcomes, believing that the key lies in the process. "I think I need to take it one game at a time and walk each step solidly," she remarked.
