Hangzhou Menghang Wisdom Valley, located south of Sino-French Aviation University in the city's Pingyao town, was officially opened on Nov 15. The industrial park will focus on aviation R&D and IT as the leading industries to attract 1,000 enterprises and research institutions in five years.
