Three Xiaoshan-based companies were included in this year's Fortune China 500, a list of China's top 500 companies co-released by Fortune magazine's Chinese edition and China International Capital Corporation Wealth Management on July 12.

The companies are Rongsheng Petrochemical (70th), Hengyi Petrochemical (106th), and Transfar Zhilian (348th).

In 2021, Rongsheng Petrochemical's operating revenue and net profit were 177 billion yuan ($26.23 billion) and 12.8 billion yuan, up 65 percent and 75.5 percent year-on-year, respectively.

Hengyi Petrochemical's operating revenue and net profit were 128.9 billion yuan and 3.4 billion yuan, up 49.2 percent and 10.9 percent year-on-year.

Transfar Zhilian's operating revenue and net profit were 35.5 billion yuan and 2.2 billion yuan, up 64.1 percent and 47.9 percent year-on-year.
