The film showcases the efficiency and convenience offered by the Hangzhou City Card. While visiting a friend in Hangzhou, international student Anna realized that she was unable to pay for the bus ticket as her cellphone had run out of battery. However, it soon occurred to her that she had the Hangzhou City Card, which she could use on buses, metro lines, taxis, and shared bikes in the city as well as shop at designated stores.
