Editor's Note: The Hangzhou culture, radio, film and tourism bureau has unveiled a list of 50 experience centers that best bring out the essence of the 19th Asian Games as well as the unique charm of Hangzhou. Qianhe village, Jiande county-level city in Hangzhou, is the birth place of the slogan "Women hold up half the sky," which has inspired generations of Chinese people since the 1950s.

The site mainly consists of a permanent exhibition on the history and development of the women's movement in China. Many old documents, photos, videos, and materials are displayed.

The Qianhe Auditorium has an indoor stage and comprehensive facilities that allows it to be able to accommodate 160 spectators for lectures and cultural shows at the same time.

The Qianhe Militiawoman Hall was transformed from a former training camp and is currently mainly used for hosting exhibitions and cultural interactions. Virtual reality facilities are also available to enrich visitors' experiences.

The industrial practice site for rural revitalization in Qianhe village was built up from a small noodle restaurant and has now expanded into the tea and liquor industries. It offers cultural experiences and sells agricultural, as well as sideline cultural and creative products.
