Young athlete seeks Asian Games dream

On the 200-day countdown to the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 on Feb 21, the organizing committee released a new promotional video about the much-anticipated international sporting gala.
The video is centered on the story of Xu Yingrui, a student who has been studying and practicing sanda, or Chinese kickboxing, at the Hangzhou Zhongtai Martial Arts School for four years.
In the video, Xu talks about how she sticked to her dream in day-by-day practice and developed her understanding of the sporting spirit of being courageous, optimistic, hardworking and unremitting.
Xu says that her dream is to stand on bigger stages and fight for glory. The 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022, she adds, will be the best arena for her to do so.
