Accessed through Alipay, a popular Chinese mobile payment app, the program currently has more than 11.8 million users from across the world. These users can get real-time information about the Games and its host and co-host cities, as well as book tickets and arrange their accommodations in Hangzhou via the program.

The most popular game in the program is Seizing the Flame, which allows users to go on virtual tours of cultural and sporting landmarks related to the Asian Games.
