Editor's Note: The organizing committee of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 has listed the top 10 keywords of 2021.

Fifty-seven sporting venues and the Asian Games Village have been completed by the end of 2021 as scheduled. Of these venues, 12 are newly built, 27 are renovated, nine are renewed, and nine are temporary. These venues will host competitions for 40 sports – 31 Olympic sports and 9 non-Olympic ones, as well as competitions for 22 Para Games sports, including 20 Paralympic sports and 2 non-Paralympic events.

The Asian Games Village, measuring 2.41 million square meters, will provide accommodation, catering and medical services for more than 10,000 athletes and team officials, 4,000 technical officials, and 5,000 journalists. The facility comprises five key areas: the athletes village, technical officials village, media village, international zone, and public zone. The village will be put into trial operation in March 2022.
