An exhibition themed "the legends of seeds" is now on at the Zhejiang Museum of Natural History.
The exhibition features more than 300 kinds of seeds and fruit specimens, 200 acrylic seed sticks, and hundreds of high-resolution seed photos, waxy plant specimens, and scientific paintings.
The highlights of the exhibition include seed sticks that have been displayed at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the world's largest and smallest seeds, unique blue seeds, the earliest rice planted by humans, and waxed-leaf plant specimens that have been carefully preserved by the Zhejiang Museum of Natural History since 1930s.
The museum has utilized hologram technology and augmented reality to provide visitors a more immersive and interesting experience.
The exhibition, which opened on Dec 31, 2021, will run until March 30.
