Hangzhou Asian Para Games Chefs de Mission Seminar concludes

The Chefs de Mission Seminar of the 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022 successfully concluded in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, on Nov 19, local media outlets reported.
The seminar saw the announcement of the general schedule of the Para Games, detailed introductions to the Games' transportation, logistics, ticketing, and security affairs, as well as the hearing of all participating parties tabling their demands and proposals.
Tarek Souei, CEO of the Asian Paralympic Committee, attended the seminar online.
Souei said that he was looking forward to the event, which will open on Oct 9, 2022. He said that he appreciated the careful preparations the Hangzhou Asian Para Games Organizing Committee has made, adding that he was confident that the event would be the best and most successful Asian Para Games yet.
Chen Weiqiang, deputy mayor of Hangzhou and vice-secretary of HAPGOC, said that 2022 will be a vital year for preparations of the event. He added that by focusing on the principle of hosting a dynamic, harmonious, self-dependent, and shared event, the organizing committee will work tirelessly to make the Asian Para Games an international event that showcases Hangzhou's charm, Zhejiang's spirit, and Chinese characteristics.
