As the only sport in the Asian Games that combines the efforts of both men and animals, equestrian has long been associated with nobility and elegance.

The Equestrian Center for the 19th Asian Games, which will be completed soon, is located in Yaolin town, Tonglu county. It has a floor space of 54,000 square meters and an exterior shaped like a running horse, which creates a dynamic contrast with Tonglu's landscapes. The venue is expected to be opened to the public during the games to offer them an opportunity to get a glimpse of the sport. They can also try the sport at the venue after the Games.

Tonglu has set up an equine-disease-free zone that meets international standards to ensure the safety of horses. Reinforced disease monitoring and hazard elimination measures will also be taken.
