Yaolin town in Tonglu county, Hangzhou, Zhejiang province has enjoyed more efficient government management since it launched a digital platform last year, local media reported on July 15.

Over the past year, a total of 3,269 administrative affairs, involving 270 million yuan ($41.76 million), have been handled by the platform.

In addition, the platform is also capable of monitoring the efficiency of all the 121 government staff members in the town to clarify responsibilities of each staff member when an issue occurs.
