Although it may not seem big, You Jia Mian is quickly filled with customers looking to taste their authentic Hangzhou-style noodles at noon every day. At the door of the restaurant are a line of chairs set aside for customers waiting outside.

The most famous noodle dish at the restaurant is the shrimp and eel noodle, which costs 43 yuan ($6.75) for a bowl.
