The International Talent Park in Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City opened at an online ceremony May 15.

The park is located at the intersection of Wenyi West Road and Jingchang Avenue, and covers 18,000 square meters.

The park includes three functional areas–a public service area, an industrial development area and a supporting service area.

A service center dealing with registration and approval issues for skilled workers was established in the public service area, and the industrial development area brings together well-known Chinese and foreign human resource institutes.

The supporting service area includes meeting halls, the International Center for Talent Exchanges and Cooperation, and the International Scientific Talent Innovation Demonstration Base.

So far, the park has introduced many well-known human resource institutes, such as Liepin, Mercer Consulting, CGL and Bridge HR.

According to officials from the management committee of Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City, the International Talent Park aims to introduce high-caliber skilled workers from across the globe and propel innovation and entrepreneurship.

At the online ceremony, Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City launched 10 measures to provide better services for skilled workers introduced to the city.

According to the measures, Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City will implement the Kunpeng Program, which will offer 100 million yuan ($14.06 million) in subsidies to top technological projects.

During the ceremony, Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City also announced the release of more than 20,000 posts to attract skilled workers from across the globe.
