China Guangsha Holding Group Co Ltd is a large modern enterprise established in 1973 in Hangzhou. The company has 100 subsidiary groups engaged in construction, real estate, energy, finance, manufacturing, education, healthcare, media, hotels and tourism. Zhejiang Guangsha Co Ltd, one of its subsidiaries, was the first listed company in the construction industry in China.

With total assets of 36.5 billion yuan ($5.44 billion), the company is regarded as a leading demonstration enterprise of transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang province. In 2018, the company ranked 206th in the list of Top 500 Chinese Enterprises and tenth in the list of Top 100 Zhejiang Private Enterprises.

The construction industry is the dominant sector of the company, with nearly 20 member companies contributing 75 percent of the company's total output value. The annual construction capacity has reached 30 million square meters. 

Guangsha was the first company in the industry to be granted a foreign trade certificate and its construction business has spread to over 10 countries and regions in Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. The parking lot at Meydan International Racecourse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the 10,000 sets of residential buildings in Algeria are some of the highlights of the company's international projects.

As the China (Zhejiang) Free Trade Zone established in 2017, the project of Guangsha Zhoushan Huangzeshan Petroleum Transfer Storage and Transportation Base was hailed as a key project in the zone. With total investment of more than 10 billion yuan, the project will build 1.51 million cubic meters of oil storage tanks and four docks of 300,000 tons.
