Hangzhou senior dedicated in tea leaves stir frying

Hu Huapeng, 85, a resident of Lishan town in Hangzhou, is currently experiencing his busiest time of the year. Hu has been stir-frying tea leaves for over 70 years.
His job is an important part of the process of turning fresh tea leaves into tea products. During the harvest season, he needs to stay beside the 100-C pot all day. Anding tea produced in the area is a renowned green tea brand across the country.
"Maintaining the tea stir-frying techniques is the best way to maintain the original taste of Anding tea," said Hu.
