A new round of friendly policies targeted at firms in Tonglu county, Hangzhou, was launched on the second Tonglu Entrepreneurs' Day on Dec 27. Entrepreneurs will be invited to take part in the policy-making process before any of the policies are rolled out.
The number "127", referring to Dec 27, is pronounced similarly to "should love enterprises" in Chinese. Thus it was decided that Dec 27 would be Entrepreneurs' Day in Tonglu.
During a conference celebrating the special day, a series of policies known as Spring Breeze 2020 was unveiled, aiming to bring more tangible benefits to companies in Tonglu.
According to the new policies, local private companies that use relending funds offered by the local government will not be charged if they complete the relending process within one day.
The policies also include the formation of a special team for dealing with emergency situations related to companies.
During the conference, a list was made of representatives from a number of well-performing companies. The list will continue to be updated in the future.
Tonglu is the birthplace of several Chinese express delivery giants, including ZTO, YTO, STO, and Yunda.
Moving forward, the county plans to continue developing its logistics industry.
