Budding Chinese makers and innovators will be able to flex their creative muscles and unleash their skills at the 4th Taobao Maker Festival, which is slated to be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province on Sept 12.

A celebration of China's young entrepreneurs, the annual carnival is held outdoors in the famous West Lake area. Organizers said it will last 14 days this year and bring together over 1,000 examples of the latest technologies, gadgets and designs from across the world.

As a key part of the event, premium fashion brands including Burberry will debut their latest wears at a fashion show on the Broken Bridge of the West Lake.
