Cultural event celebrating 70th anniversary of diplomatic ties between China, Hungary

A cultural event honoring the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Hungary kicked off in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, on June 4.
Aiming to showcase the unique Hungarian culture, the two-day event features an array of activities including sports performances, folk dances and a creative art fair.
Gyula Somogyi, ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Szilárd Bolla, consul general of Hungary in Shanghai, and Chen Weiqiang, vice mayor of Hangzhou, attended the event and gave keynote speeches.
The event is expected to contribute to friendly relations and cultural exchanges between China and Hungary.
